Shipping Policy

We ship orders across Canada and the United States, using real-time carrier rates at checkout powered by Shopify.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping options and rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $120 CAD (before taxes and discounts).

In-Studio Pickup
Local pickup is available at Colette Studio. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready, usually within 1–2 business days.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at connect@colettestudio.ca within 7 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to assist you.
